Portugal golden visa

By far the most popular program, with Schengen visa-free access to the EU. Investments from €399,000 with capital returned €500,000 in 5 years, can add multiple family members including parents. It is a great route to a Portuguese Passport after 5 years.
You need to visit 5 weeks in 5 years and speak A2 Portuguese if you wish to apply for Citizenship, this is not required if you apply for permanent residency.
Slow processing times ( 18 months) but timescales are improving.
USA golden visa

Eb3 is a worker program, that guarantees a permanent full-time job at full Union rates & benefits. Costs approx $45,000 paid in stages, family members can be added on the application. Green card leading to full Citizenship & US Passport after 5 years.
Eb5 is a government-approved investment program from $500,000 in large projects throughout the USA for 5 years minimum. It is intended for investors who do not want to live permanently in the US but would like a Green card/Passport.
Spain golden visa

The program is really a Residency program unless you are from a former Spanish Colony ( there are a lot!) like Mexico, the Philippines, Dominica or Cuba. If from these ex-colonies you can apply for Citizenship in 2 years. Currently, you can invest in Property both Residential & Commerical from €383,000.
Very cost-effective & quick processing, typically 2-3 months from purchase.
Greece golden visa
The program is ( like Spain) more of a Residency program. Currently, you can invest €250,000 in qualifying property, however this will double at the end of 2024, and in some areas, eg Santorini will increase to €800,000 Citizenship is possible after 7 years of living in Greece and passing a Greek language test.
Other Golden Visas
There are other programs available such as ones in the Carribean, St Lucia, St Kitts, etc however due to political pressure these will double in minimum value in 2024 and all Carribean countries will have the same capital investment requirements. What is your role in the process?
We are agents on behalf of developers, companies and Government entities who provide the qualifying investment.
These entities are vetted & compliance checked by our team in Dubai & Cyprus prior to release to our clients.
What are the fees involved ?
Fees vary according to the country program, they are made up of Government fees, legal costs and in some instances taxes to purchase the qualifying property.
We provide a full illustration of costs and where applicable any ongoing costs. Our fees ( approx $12,000 to $14,000) include all admin, legal and tax representation and support, including your lawyers in the country & set up of a Power of Attorney, if required.
Can anyone apply for a Golden Visa?
Yes ! Once you decide to proceed we do a global check on you for anti-money laundering prior to engaging lawyers etc
Can I apply for a program even though I live in the Middle East?
Absolutely yes, most of our clients live in another continent and are thinking about the future.
Do you need to prove income or have healthcare for the Spain program?
Yes, as part of the program you are required to have private medical insurance for the first year, the costs are approx €150 to €200 per month with a reputable company.
In addition, you need to have 400% of Spain’s Public Multiple Effects Income Indicator (IPREM) with 100% per additional applicant, IPREM is currently €600 a month thats €28,800 per year.This is the link to the Spanish Government website
I am working in Dubai originally from India, what kind of job will I get with the USA Eb3 program?
The jobs offered are generally low-skilled positions, packing, warehouse, manufacturing type positions with rate of pay the same as US nationals, typically $20 an hour with full benefits, healthcare & pension.
